FMG Support Extends Contract with Alphabet

The UK’s leading independent incident management and roadside assistance company, FMG Support, today announced that it has extended its contract with multi-marque fleet funding company, Alphabet. The contract extension was awarded following positive customer satisfaction results and significant customer cost reductions.

The new contract will run from June 2010 and will be reviewed in 2013.

Mark Scanlon, managing director of FMG Support commented:

“We are delighted to have renewed our contract with Alphabet, which is testament to the close relationship that we have with them and the tangible results that have been achieved in reducing the costs to their business, as well as increasing efficiencies.”

Alphabet has used FMG Support’s services since 2006, and it was the first of its clients to use the Ingenium-i technology. FMG Support has invested over £4million in developing a bespoke technology infrastructure that drives the entire performance improvement process. Ingenium-i creates real transparency over the course of managing repairs from start to finish, and provides significant business intelligence on incident trends, enabling improvements to be made.

Paul Hollick, general manager - sales development, Alphabet said: “We have been delighted with the service that FMG Support provides.  Their ability to understand our business and the day-to-day challenges that we face has enabled them to provide solutions that go to the heart of improving operational performance and efficiencies.  In the current economic climate this is a significant asset.”
