FMG Support launches first graduate development programme
Huddersfield-based vehicle incident management and roadside assistance company, FMG Support, is looking for ambitious graduates to join an exciting and challenging development programme.
The company, which was recently voted as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, is offering ambitious candidates a place on its Graduate Programme, the first of its kind at FMG Support. Three lucky people will be based at the head-office in Huddersfield and will embark on a challenging and progressive journey within the firm.
Mark Scanlon, managing director, said: “We are looking for a new generation of bright, talented employees that are looking for an accelerated start to their careers. The graduates must be ambitious, dynamic and forward thinking. We are expecting a great deal from them, but we will offer them the rewards, support and incentives they need to develop within our high growth, innovative organisation”
The programme is designed specifically to encourage development, with fast progression and each graduate will be assigned their own coach, a member of the board, who will support and guide at every step of the way.
Within the first twelve months the graduates are expected to be leading their own teams, before moving into a management role, and ultimately becoming a senior manager as part of the FMG Support Business Leadership Team.
FMG Support has contracts with high profile blue-chip clients, including ING, the Highways Agency, DHL and LeasePlan.
